Reflective writing builds professional readiness

This study looked at reflective writing in pharmacy students. Researchers found that stronger reflective-writing skills were associated with stronger academic and professional performance. That matters because reflection is not just about feelings. It can also build judgment, readiness, and applied learning. Students who reflect better may be better prepared to handle complex professional situations.
